My client is a very well respected leading distributor of **IP, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Detection solutions with offices through the UK, well known for it's outstanding company ethos/culture.**
I am seeking a driven and determined **Sales Manager/Sales Director** with a strong desire to succeed, **IDEALLY** from an **Electronic Security Distribution sector** who has previous experience, and proven success, in **leading and managing a sales teams in a target rich environment****
Your aim as Divisional Director of Field Sales will be to **lead, manage, **coach,** and develop a team of Regional Account Managers,** so that the Field Sales Division successfully achieves its sales, margin, and other key targets.
This is a national role, as **Divisional Director of Field Sales** you can be expect to stay away at least 1 night per week so pleae bare this in mind.
You will **support the Sales Director** in the achievement of the company's goals and initiatives through the following responsibilities:
- Own and achieve key targets & KPIs for the Field Sales Team.
- Develop a plan with each RAM for their customer base, then monitor & support their activity against
- Coach, mentor and develop the team to achieve their goals.
- Analyse sales data & performance against key metrics, to improve
- Support customer engagement to win over key new prospects
- Review customer allocation to ensure sales resource is deployed
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key vendors & partners, both personally and across the team
- Recruit and onboard new team members
- Display role-model behaviours to the team around standards, performance, behaviour, and activity
- Work with the Senior Management Team to help grow the business over its mid-term plan and deliver profit share
