**Role**: 1st Line Support
- **Location**:Stalybridge
- **Salary**: Negotiable depending on experience
- **Hours**:8:45am to 5:15pm, Monday to Thursday. 8:45am to 3pm, Friday.

**Duties as 1st Line Support will include but not be limited to**:

- Providing IT support and excellent customer service to high profile clients
- Organising and prioritising issues
- Managing queuing systems
- Following procedures
- Investigating technical issues and providing a resolution
- Liaising with colleagues and clients
- Attending client sites when remote solutions are unsuccessful/unsuitable
- Experience previous role is required
- Use of Windows programs
- Must have a Full UK driving license
- Excellent customer service skills
