**Full Job Description**:
We are looking to hire a Google Ads and SEO Specialist to join us. Predominately office based, you will work within the Berganza marketing team to manage the Search Engine Optimisation and content creation across our websites. It would be best to understand SEO strategies, know current SEO practices, and know multiple analytic and tracking tools. The role will involve planning, writing, and publishing website content. You must be forward-thinking and find new ways to keep our website engaging and valuable for our audiences. Writing with SEO in mind is essential, so you must understand the aspects that will help an article rank for the chosen keyword(s).

A core part of your responsibilities will be to build and manage Google advertising campaigns. You will be asked to evaluate and report on results to the relevant teams systematically and continually optimise the campaigns to achieve a demonstrable impact on our sales.

We are very proud to have one of the largest collections of antique diamond engagement rings, and natural and unenhanced gemstone engagement rings in the world.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Complete Detailed technical site audits and keyword research.
- Work with our Content Writers to deliver content for our websites.
- Thoroughly researching to produce credible content.
- Work with our website development team to create content and develop an SEO-optimised website.
- Regularly update and stay up-to-date on the latest SEO and digital marketing in general.
- Constantly check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of client websites and make recommendations for improvement.
- Analyse data and campaigns
- Help with conversion optimisation of client campaigns.
- Plan, implement and evaluate Google Ad campaigns for the full range of our products.
- Create efficient and effective use of Google Ads by adjusting targeting, testing new ads, and modifying bids.
- Develop methods for leveraging the organic traffic from our highly successful website in conjunction with paid advertising.
- Rapidly build our customer base for B2C products.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest updates and features that Google releases for their advertising platform.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience in all areas of technical search optimisation
- Link building and backlink analysis
- Keyword research
- Content development and optimisation
- Solid working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
- In-depth reporting and analysis
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and literacy skills
- Knowledge or interest in history.

**Salary**: From £24,114.00 per year
