**The Role**

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team at Go North East. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, love creating engaging content across a number of channels both internally and externally and be super organised.

Based at our head office in Gateshead, you will report to the Head of Marketing and be responsible for coordinating on and offline marketing and communications activities with a range of customers and stakeholders

**Key Accountabilities**
- To coordinate a range of on and offline marketing and communications campaigns.
- Content management of a portfolio of assets; generating new content, writing web copy and press releases.
- Evaluate and report on marketing impact, making recommendations for future content strategies.
- To support internal communications so that our front-line staff are fully aware of all new products, services, and company strategies.
- To work effectively with other colleagues in the business to ensure that all communications are delivered and distributed effectively.
- Keeping up-to-date with current digital trends and suggesting new ideas to enhance the marketing strategy.
- Plan and support company events where necessary.
- Any other duties within the scope and general nature of the grade which may be required.

**Person Specification**
- Experience in a marketing role, with a well-developed knowledge of all different on and offline marketing channels
- Experienced in using popular social media platforms
- A good understanding of using Adobe Creative Cloud to create a suite of marketing assets
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Superb organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstratable interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective time-management skills
- Experience in meeting demanding targets in an office environment as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Excellent IT skills
- Related degree or professional training

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00 per year
