The **ProjectCo-ordinator** role reporting to the Head of Operations, plays an integral part in the successful delivery and reporting of multi-year investment programmes.**A new, challenging and varied role, focussing on supporting our operational delivery teams to provide excellent service to our clients.**

**The role includes**:

- Working closely with field operational staff to create and manage an effective client delivery plan using the companies AX project management system
- Managing the sequencing, scheduling and delivery of both internal and 3rd party supplied products in line with the project plan and our client’s requirements.
- Manage and report on the end to end programme of activities, from initial survey to handover of completed property back to the client.
- Produce K.P.I’s and performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders

**Experience required for this role**:

- Ideally qualified in project management (Prince 2, APM) at a foundation level
- Experience gained of projects within a construction, facilitates or service-based environment.
- Great customer skills
- Word and excel to intermediate level
- Use of project management tools (MS Project) and processes.
- Self-starter with keen attention to detail and well organised.
- Strong communications skills, positive can-do attitude and a team player

This is full time Monday to Friday office-based role and in return you can expect a competitive salary package, free parking and other benefits.
