Arcade Attendant Supervisor

Must have previous experience in the arcade amusements industry

OUTLINE OF JOB - To work within the arcades at Seal Bay in Selsey, engaging and helping customers.

Listening to customer issues and resolving problems for them in a polite, helpful and efficient manner.

To ensure the arcade is a safe and welcoming place for holiday makers of all ages.

To ensure with the team that the arcade is clean, attractive and well merchandised.

To learn about the range of products and promotions we run so you can inform customers accurately.

To pass on any challenges to the Resorts Amusement Manager if appropriate.

Guide the arcade team with daily tasks

monthly stock takes

Emptying of 2p machines

daily checks

basic arcade machine maintainance knowledge preferred

Must be available to work day/evening & weekend shifts on a rota basis and over the age of 18.

Due to location of the business, own transport is essential.

Contract length: contract ends 4th jan 2024
hours: 30- 48 per week

Contract length: 9 months
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Selsey, PO20 9BH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)
- arcade: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
