Are you a **Conference Producer** with 1-2 years' experience in B2B Conference Production?

Or maybe you come from an Association background, but you have some solid experience working on commercial events?

A well-known Association based in Hertfordshire is looking for a skilled **Conference Producer **like you to work on a selection of their events for the UK market.

As **Conference Producer **specialising in B2B Conferences you will be;
- To contribute to the goal of delivering a portfolio of successful commercial events. This can be done by:

- Carrying out telephone, web and in-person research to ensure commercial viability
- Following event and production processes to meet key event deadlines
- Identifying and inviting speakers for commercial conferences
- Proactively managing committees for call for paper conferences
- Providing timely updates for the website
- Assist the Group Managers in initial market research to validate new event proposals
- Liaise with the marketing department to ensure that each event is effectively promoted and publicised using all appropriate channels
- Take responsibility for managing the budget for individual events, liaising with the event logistics department to ensure that budgeted costs are not exceeded
