We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our Training team in our Norwich HQ and help deliver great outcomes for our training customers. The role holder is required to support the functioning of the Training service within the Markets teams by managing client sales, enquiries, and analysing and reporting management information for use in business reporting and planning.
You will also be responsible for liaising with colleagues to ensure training materials are kept up to date and overseeing processes to manage the resourcing of training delivery.
As Cornwall Insight digitalises its services, the role holder will play an integral part in ensuring our client-facing and internal processes are optimal.** **You will also be supporting our Norwich office with elements of general office support/facilities management as required.

**This is a hybrid role, where you have the flexibility to work from home, although we expect you to be in the office at least 2 days per week. Your contracted hours are 37.5 hours per week.**

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all customer bookings are accurately recorded for efficient customer service delivery and invoicing
- Responsible for processing customer bookings across a number of sales channels and taking customer payments
- Dealing with general customer enquiries related to our learning and development service

- Responsible for producing and analysing sales data and other management information relevant to our learning and development service
- Work with the GB Head of Training to manage our online learning and development service, including scheduling training courses and internal resources and the continued development of our digital services
- Interacting with our Marketing team to promote training, update website content and other relevant products
- Work with our Finance Team to ensure invoicing and monthly revenue reconciliation processes work effectively
- Working with the whole team to provide general office support where required
- Take a proactive role in the team, contributing ideas and learnings to the business and customers
- Undertaking facilities management tasks as needed for our Norwich premises such as facilitating booking of trades for maintenance and replenishing staff food and beverages.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time-keeping skills
- MS Excel skills
- Self-starter able to meet deadlines
- Interest and curiosity in the energy market
- Excellent communication skills
