On-site Liner

Mermaid Leisure Ltd are looking for driven and hard-working subcontractors to join our team on an intermittent basis. An opportunity to work for one of the leading pool installers in the South-East. We pride ourselves on creating beautiful, bespoke, and top-quality luxury concrete swimming pools.

You will be an essential part of our core team, once the pool shells are concreted and prepped you will be welding our on-site linings into place. This includes steps, deepends, lounge ares and basic rectangular pools.

Although this is a niche area, we do feel a subcontractor with experience welding Sana Roofing would have the technical knowledge to undertake this task. As this is for swimming pools we would ask for someone with a keen eye for detail and maintaining great aesthetic appeal with their on site lining.

We would be looking for a sub contractor that we can book for periods of time with about a month's notice, accommodation can be discussed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Liaising with the senior technical managers to ensure all work is planned and completed on time.

Ensuring all members of the team are working together and as efficiently as possible.

Ensuring all health and safety standards are always upheld on site.

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in on site lining.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A valid UK driver's license is essential.

Ability to motivate the team and ensure the job is running on time.

Competitive salary of £200 - £500 per day based on experience
