We are recruiting on behalf of an automotive luxury brand, with a global reputation for producing luxury performance vehicles. Working with some of the most iconic designs using modern engineering this company is one of a kind and their attention to detailis second to none.

They are currently seeking to recruit an Automotive Prepper / Polisher to join their team on a 3-month rolling contract basis, based in Woking,

Working on high-value, luxury vehicles which require paint to high specification finishes, the Prepper / Polisher day-to-day duties will focus highly on quality, precision and skill completing panel preparation and masking as well as flattening, polishingand mopping to high standards in order to showcase the best of our client’s model range.

**The successful Prepper / Polisher will be highly skilled in**:

- Panel and wheel preparation
- SMART repair
- Masking of panels and wheels
- Paint flattening
- Polishing and mopping using the correct tools and equipment
- Paint touch-ups
- Inspection of finished vehicles to ensure no defects and a perfect finish every time

**The ideal Prepper / Painter / Polisher will have**:

- Experience within an Automotive OEM environment
- Ability to work under pressure and to achieve tight deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed work instructions
- Confident in using all the necessary tools and materials
- Quality focussed with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge and practical understanding of H&S, C.O.S.H and environmental procedures

**Working Hours: 40 hours per week**

2 Shift rotation - Applicants must be available to work across both shift patterns.

Rotating shift pattern: Early Shift: 5:30 - 13:45 & Late Shift: 15:00 - 23:15

**Pay Rate**:
Pay Early Shift: £17.60 per hour PAYE - Umbrella £23.15

Pay Late shift: £20.00 per hour PAYE - Umbrella £26.40
