**Bar/Restaurant Supervisor**

**Duties**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure that all drinks are prepared and served according to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Train and mentor bar staff on customer service, drink preparation, and safety procedures.
- Manage the bar's budget, including ordering supplies and controlling costs.
- Collaborate with other departments such as the kitchen, hotel management, and catering team to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new drink recipes.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bar manager or assistant manager in a similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee, bartending, food production, and banquet operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Salary**: £21,873.00-£23,249.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every weekend

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Leeds, LS2 7DR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
- Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Personal Licence (preferred)
