As a Service Advisor/Administrator at **Motus Commercials based at the Solway DAF Dealership in Penrith** we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

- Motor trade experience
- Desire to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Good understanding of Motor Trade
- High level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
- Service forward planning, booking, follow up and control - optimising utilisation.
- Working closely with the Workshop Controller ensure work is booked and completed within agreed timelines and achieve satisfactory output per person/hour and best utilisation of workshop staff hours.
- Effective communication with customers in relation job booking, progress, additional costs and completion and final authorisation and order numbers.
- Effective administration including customer service records, compliance, reporting and invoicing.
- Ensure all the necessary and relevant information is on the job card and services sheets on the completion of jobs and they are legible for costing.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Attend, in person and online, all DAF and Company training courses and be always fully compliant.
- Ensuring the work environment including facilities are representative of the Brand.
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials
