**Key Focus**:
The key focus of this role is to provide support to the Construction Department and carry out all the PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) processes from start to end. You will be required to continually build relationships with all of our internal and external parties throughout each process and on a daily basis.

**This role will report to**:
Opperations Manager

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Book and monitor whereabouts activity for any personnel accessing the PIA Network on behalf of Nano, raise Network Adjustment orders (blockages, pole replacement, pole top capacity), raise cases for Missing Inventory or repositioning on PIA map, update spreadsheets, planners and maps, Openreach so they are aware which projects have been completed
- Ensure all civils tasks are closed with the appropriate level of evidence and information to ensure we are compliant with the Engineering Principles.
- Conduct regular meetings with our Contractors to review all PIA civils and highlight any outstanding evidence
- Provide constructive feedback and support the team members on day-to-day duties
- Provide telephone and system support as and when required
- Produce daily reporting
- Promoting improvements in Safety in line with the objectives set by the Safety Manager

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2+ years of administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills
- Confident and proficient with technology
- Interest in FTTP
- Previous knowledge of telecommunication construction would be an asset
- Experience or knowledge of PIA would be essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,976.00-£25,524.00 per year
