**Overview**:
An independently owned directly authorised financial services organisation is looking to recruit office-based equity release advisers to work in the Stockton-on-Tees area, dealing with pre-qualified leads.

**Main Duties**:
Our client is an independently owned directly authorised financial services organisation that has over 50 employees offering financial advice throughout the UK.

Due to expansion and the increase of new leads generated via various marketing campaigns, additional equity release advisers are required to work from the office in the Stockton-on-Tees.

Our client will provide pre-qualified equity release leads on a daily basis. Talking with these new clients over the telephone you will be required to offer whole of market equity release advice.

Due to the sensitive nature of this role, as an equity release adviser you must deal with the new clients in a professional manner, with the importance of ensuring that an excellent customer services is provided to the clients.

When offering equity release advice, sometimes you will also be required to speak with not just the clients, but their children or grandchildren.

As well as receiving pre-qualified leads and enquiries, our client has an excellent computer system, to ensure that as an equity release adviser you will spend time offering equity release advice.

**Remuneration**:
Basic to £28,000, Pension, OTE - £48,000 - £65,000

**Key Skills**:
This equity release position requires an experienced financial services professional who is experienced in offering financial advice. Ideally you should already possess the relevant equity release qualification, however, this qualification can be attainedprior to starting the new role.

Experience in dealing with clients and offering equity release advice is preferred, but experience in advising on mortgages, protection, pensions, or investments is essential, previous telephone sales experience is preferred.
