**Senior Test Analyst - Northampton/Flexible**

**Up to £37,000- £42,000 -2 days in the office**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical expertise of testing best practice throughout the development lifecycle and contribute to the development of the practice.
- A strong understanding of software testing techniques and processes including both waterfall and agile methods
- Management responsibility of Test Analyst
- Working closely with stakeholders
- Manage and report on the testing lifecycle to manage test results, defects and overall impact.
- Develop a working knowledge and level of expertise to support the projects you are working on.

**Key Skills of the role**
- Previous leadership experience in a manual testing role, such as Senior Test Analyst, Senior Test Engineer or Test Lead/Manager would be ideal for this role.
- Understanding of.Net, Java, Web API's, FTP, SQL, XML, and web development techniques
- Experience of using test management tools.
- Knowledge of the software development cycle and the process for defect resolution.
- Experience with Manual and Automated Testing
- Knowledge of System Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing and user acceptance frameworks.

**Salary**

The salary/package for this position is flexible up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, excellent benefits and flexible working opportunities.
