**About us**

Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Plan and prepare breakfast and brunch menus
- Ensure all breakfast and brunch items are cooked to order and presented in an attractive manner
- Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available for breakfast and brunch dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Create new and innovative breakfast and brunch dishes for the menu
- Ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards
- Monitor and control food costs

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Breakfast/Brunch Chef or similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders at once
- Strong knowledge of breakfast and brunch dishes and cooking techniques
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends and holidays as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Type**: Part Time - 5 days out of 7 - 6:30am - 10:30am

**Salary**: £15 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Tips Share

Ability to commute
- Yeovil - due to remote location, own transport is essential.

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 years experience
