Hubspot Specialist

A great opportunity for a Hubspot specialist to join a large publisher of regional and local newspapers in the United Kingdom.

The CRM Manager will take responsibility for developing the HubSpot CRM to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement. The postholder will become a HubSpot specialist and the go-to person for all things HubSpot related, whether that is for configurationand set up, pipelines and workflows or the development of dashboards and reports.

Key Requirements:

- In conjunction with the Marketing Director, drive and execute the CRM roadmap
- Own the continuing development of HubSpot in the business
- Ownership of lead management and attribution
- Ongoing maintenance of data to ensure cleanliness and accuracy.
- Configure & setup HubSpot including setting up users, views, properties, custom objects etc.
- Configuring the integration of HubSpot with other platforms as and when required
- Build and develop reports and dashboards in line with business requirements
- Design and build automated workflows and processes across HubSpot suites (Sales and Marketing primarily with potential scope for Services too)
- In conjunction with the Marketing Director and Sales Director create accurate lead scoring to support the sales team

Key Skills:

- +3 years proven experience working with HubSpot, preferably holding a number of up-to-date HubSpot certifications
- +3 years marketing automation experience
- Strong understanding of databases
- Strong Excel skills
- Good analytical skills and a natural problem solver
- Results orientated
- Effective communication skills; this role will work with stakeholders from across the business and strong communication skills will be critical
- Experience with SQL is desirable
