We have a fantastic opportunity for ten Painter & Decorators at Kirklees Council. This is a Full-time role for the next 2 - 3 months, with the possibility of extension.

**What is the role?**

**What are your responsibilities?**
- You will be responsible for the decoration, internal and external, of Council properties, public buildings, and schools.
- To ensure as far as reasonably practicable the satisfaction of the client or tenant about quality of work, prompt services and conduct wherever work is to be carried out.
- Take clear pictures of works completed, to be uploaded on your mobile device so that management team can inspect them
- Make sure all relevant records, for example timesheets, are completed correctly by yourself as laid down by existing procedures.

**What skills do you Need?**
- Must have previous Painting and Decorating experience in properties.
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence, as you will be visiting various properties in the Kirklees region.
- Physical fit and health, as you may need to lift heavy items.
- You will need to be able to record works carried out on a supplied mobile device, for which in-house training will be given.
