**Full Time Term Time Only - 35hrs per week x 39 weeks**

The Birches School is an outstanding school which caters for primary aged children with a range of special educational needs. This is an opportunity to become part of a positive and innovative team, that aims to provide high quality support for our children and their families.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced, dynamic and inspirational individual to join our team of staff.

This is a new post in school and will be split between assisting the staffing team with delivering operational management of staffing and providing in class cover for teacher absence or to facilitate PPA etc.

You will have exceptional organisational skills, have the ability to remain positive and be self motivated as well as reflective.

You will be a professional individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across the whole school community and beyond.

- have experience of working with primary aged young people and challenging and /or vulnerable families;
- demonstrate personal integrity and professionalism and role models those personal qualities we wish to instill in our pupils;

- be a great team player, friendly and professional;
