P&d Supervisor

**P&D Supervisor - Coatbridge, Scotland**:
**Your tasks**:

- Supervision of staff operatives/sub-contractors engaged on P&D projects.
- Responsible for the safety and quality of the installations of all works under your supervision.
- Responsible for recording progressive quality assurance of all construction, testing and commissioning works under your supervision.
- Ensure the allocated team report fit for duty as per the roster.
- When working on specific projects, to work alongside the Construction Manager and Project Manager to ensure all activities are suitably completed.
- Work to project specific risk assessments and method statements at all times.
- Responsibility for the safe use of all small tools and plant.
- Accountable for good in/out process for all small tools and/or company vehicles/plant.

**Your profile**:

- PTS competence
- Minimum Level C competence with 18 months experience carrying our Supervisor duties and responsibilities.
- Previous supervisor experience on P&D Projects.
- Experience dealing with people management, mentoring and supporting the team to develop and increase knowledge.
- Natural leader with ability to proactively deliver planned works.
