We have an exciting opportunity for a **Yard Customer Service Assistant** to join our team in **Cambridge - Nuffield Road**. The role is offering a competitive salary, range of fantastic benefits and the opportunity to join one of the UK’s Largest Independent Builders Merchants.

Huws Gray Group are a fast-growing Builders Merchant and since the formation in 1990, have developed from a single branch of 5 staff in Anglesey to over 120 branches nationwide with over 1900 staff with this figure due to increase to over 5500 staff members in the very near future. Our brands include: Huws Gray, Huws Gray Ridgeons, Ridgeons Forest Products, Anglia Tool Centre and Plumbstock.

As a **Yard Customer Service Assistant**, you would be working as part of a team and would report to the Branch Management Team and Area Manager. Your key responsibilities would include:

- Serving our customers politely and professionally at all times
- Unloading and loading vehicles
- Maintaining stock levels through the ordering procedure
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy
- Ensuring that the yard is a safe and secure environment
- Completing all necessary paperwork in line with Company procedures
- Creating new and add on sales opportunities

The successful **Yard Customer Service Assistant **will possess the following attributes:

- Motivated, energetic and passionate about your work
- Flexible
- In possession of basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills

**Potential annual earnings of between £25,000-£25,500 (inclusive of bonuses and Saturday rota)**
