Overview

We are seeking a Course Advisor to join our team. As a Course Advisor, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective students in finding the right educational programs that align with their goals and interests. You will be responsible for providing information, guidance, and support throughout the enrollment process. To support you in the fulfilment of these objectives - and as is reflective of our commitment to your personal and professional development ongoing - you will be put forward for enrolment onto the Sales Executive Apprenticeship Level 4 upon successful completion of your probationary period with us.

Duties
- You will personally manage the end-to-end onboarding process and will be targeted on generating initial interest and communicating high quality information, advice and guidance, while optimising cohort capacity and providing an outstanding overall onboarding experience for our applicants.
- Educate students about available courses, program requirements, and admission procedures
- Present course options and provide detailed information on curriculum, faculty, and career prospects
- Utilise software to create engaging presentations and training materials for prospective students
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the database accordingly

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to educate and explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proficient in using presentation software
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
