**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Plan and prioritise workload with a flexible approach in order to meetthe changing needs of the business.
- Utilise appropriate tools (CAA cargo recruitment guidelines, DHLvetting policy) to ensure accuracy of vetting completed
- Utilise appropriate tracking documents to ensure all workload,timescales and challenges are recorded
- Ensure data is maintained at all times to ensure information requestsfor management reports can be responded to without delay
- Support Recruitment and Talent Advisors with the planning andexecution of internal and external events
- Adhere to country laws/regulations and company procedures/ standards in regard to Safety and Security
- Adhere to customs / import / export procedures as applicable
- Ensure any potential security breaches or concerns are brought to the attention of supervisor/manager without delay
- There will be a requirement to undertake a Counter Terrorism Check (CTC) in relation to certain duties and procedures

**Your Profile - Skillsets and Attributes**
- Strong IT skills including use of Microsoft Office packages
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload accordingly
- Customer service skills/ customer focus
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- An upbeat positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge and understanding of CAA Cargo Recruitment Guidelines (desirable)
- Experience of working within a compliance/vetting background
