**Production Supervisor (Food)**

**Please note this is a day shift role with early morning starts**:
**Main Responsibilities**:

- Allocating and supervising staff in order to achieve efficient production in order to ensure production targets are met
- Ensure that production records are completed accurately
- Monitoring production lines ensuring targets are being met
- Lead the team by example and ensure that your team adheres to company policies
- Ensure production team are working within company health and safety guidelines
- Delegate work load to team and deal with any issues when they arise
- Ensure that Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene procedures are implemented
- Other relevant duties

**Essential Criteria**:

- A minimum of 2 years’ previous experience of working as Team Leader / Supervisor within the food industry
- Level 2 Food Safety
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
- A positive can-do attitude towards work
- Full-time permanent role
