Working in collaboration with the Technical Hub Managers, you will have the required skills to ensure the safe and continuous operation of mechanical and / or electrical services and building plant as part of a flexible maintenance team

You will be responsible for and supervise/manage a team of static/mobile engineers, making sure that all PPM and Reactive Works are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and EQUANS processes and procedures

**What will you deliver?**:

- Effectively manage a team of engineers carrying out all aspects of maintenance & fabric works on site
- As a Technical Supervisor, provide timely support to maintain the highest standard of statutory compliance
- Assist in producing all required documentation to ensure that any incidents are recorded and escalated as per the requirements of the contract
- Act as a Appointed Person / Responsible Person for Technical Disciplines
- Manage the engineer’s data and job details in accordance with client and ENGIE requirements to ensure that the Computer Aided Facilities Management System (CAFM) is maintained to a current and accurate status
- Build strong professional relationships with other groups within Engineering Services
- Participate in the 24/7 maintenance cover (including on call rota) of the Building Engineering Services during normal and emergency activities
- Proactively manage preventative maintenance and corrective works
- Manage and co-ordinate all statutory maintenance activities
- Supporting specific area team members as required
- Support and develop the Company Values and develop, motivate and lead the Team to work in partnership with other service teams
- Obligation to undertake training where necessary to learn new techniques and technology
- Monitors the building services and report defects to the Hub Technical Managers
- Supervise, communicate, and develop other trades staff and assess/evaluate the quality of the work
- Ensures that all activities proceed in a safe manner compliant with Statutory Regulation, CDM, Good Practice
