Carpenter/joiner

We are looking for an experienced, multi-skilled operative to cover both reactive and planned work within commercial properties. Ideally, you will have experience working within the commercial sector, although this is not essential.

A majority of the work will be based in Sussex, Surrey and Kent, although you may be expected to travel outside of these areas.

You will be allocated a company vehichle, along with a fuel card for work use.

**Skills and Experience**
- _Experience in general building including glazing, flooring, roof repairs, locks, carpentry_
- _Minimum of 3 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance_
- _Full UK driving license_
- _Good communication and customer service skills_
- _IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices_
- _Good time and diary planning skills_
- _Ability to report clear concise information to the operations department_

Pay: £18.00-£22.00 per hour
