This leading food manufacturer and have large plans for expansion, and have recently invested over £80m to match their growth ambitions. They are looking to add 3 additional Process Engineers to grow with the company.

In this role you will continuously improve the on site performance optimising the power consumption, plant output and reliability, and raw material usage, and environmental sustainability. You will perform process optimisation, troubleshooting and capitalimprovement projects from initial feasibility studies, inception, installation, testing and completion. You will determine root cause of plant issues and implement sustainable countermeasures in place to prevent issues reoccuring.

**The Role**:

- Process Engineer
- Improving process optimisation and capital improvement projects
- Determine root cause of plant issues
- Support the maintenance management systems
- £45,000 - £50,000 + Training, Development, Progression, Overtime, Healthcare and Excellent Benefits
- Have degree in chemical/process engineering
- Proven strong technical/process engineering knowledge
- Have experience working in manufacturing or a production environment
- Good understanding of manufacturing equipment and related systems.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
