**Job overview**:
The Workforce Transformation & Engagement Team are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, with a positive attitude and excellent organisation skills, to join the team.

As a team we work closely with colleagues across the Trust to support staff health and wellbeing, staff voice, leadership and team development, reward, and recognition.

We are looking for someone who can deliver a high standard of administrative support to the team, multi-tasking in a busy environment, who can communicate confidently, building strong working relationships with a variety of people and can prioritise work and support in delivering tight deadlines.

**Main duties of the job**:
To provide general day to day administrative support for various key functions within the Team. The post holder will be responsible for the coordination of Workforce Transformation and Engagement programmes, diary management for the team, data collection and reporting.

***The post holder will be required to manage and prioritise their day-to-day work load and use their initiative, without direct supervision, for routine tasks. This will require good organisational skills and the ability to cope with working to tight deadlines and with frequent interruptions.

**Working for our organisation**:
We’re an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people’s physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

Over 4,000 people make up the Trust. This includes doctors, nurses, therapists, plus admin and support staff.

We work in people's homes, in community clinics and bases. Some staff work from one of our 13 community hospitals. Our aspiration is to have great people, provide great care, be a great place to work and a great partner.

Approximately 568,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon. In the summer, and during other holidays lots of people choose to visit the area. This increases the numbers of people who use our services.
