**Overview**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Preparing legal documents and data in trademark systems
- Create dispute records
- Handle all administrative tasks and organise legal paperwork, files and other important information
- Other adhoc duties
**Experience & Skills**
- CITMA qualification
- Legal research
- Experience of scheduling and case management
- Experience of working within a trademark department of a law firm or in-house
- Great listening skills to liase with external legal advisors
- Computer literate
- Passionate & Proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
**Package**
- Monday - Thursday (10am-4pm)
- Friday (10am - 3pm
- £300 per day umbrella
- Hybrid working
- Excellent Progression scheme
