**SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant, SAP, HR Information Systems Consultant, Mainly Remote, 3 month contract initially**

SuccessFactors Implementation Consultant required to work for a large organisation based in Central London. However, there is a big flexible working policy and you would only need to visit the office from time to time. It is an initial 3 month contract andwill be inside of IR35.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and partnering the TA Senior Management Team, particularly the Head of Delivery.

This person will be need to quickly absorb and understand their SAP SuccessFactors technical roadmap and its contingent parts. The focus of this role will be translating that technical roadmap into a clear change management roadmap, specifically for theTalent Acquisition team and where necessary hiring managers and business leaders.

This person will have a deep understanding of end to end recruitment processes from a large organization and will be the SME voice of Talent Acquisition in the execution planning for the remaining programme stages. Duties include:

- Execution and SME analysis of findings within SIT2
- Owning UAT delivery within Talent Acquisition, particularly the coordination of the recruitment teams’ involvement
- TA oversight of cutover / migration from TribePad to SAP SF and the impacts on the TA team, hiring managers and business overall to mitigate risks including communications. This will be done in partnership with the managed services organization and thecompany
- Feeding into the change, comms and training workstreams in partnership with the company and managed services lead
- Elements of design, workflows and reporting as required
- Go live and hyper care support

**Key Experience**
- Demonstratable in-house recruitment leadership experience, ideally across delivery and strategic projects
- Involvement and/or ownership of a large and complex ATS change program
- Prior experience working within a highly matrixed change management program involving; Integration Partners, IT/ Technology, Change / Project Management, HR Services & Onboarding, Early Careers, HR Leadership / Steercos and many more
