**Salary**: Circa £25,000 + plus £3,000 car allowance + Benefits

**IT Support Engineer’sCore Duties**
- To be the first point of contact for all staff who may require IT support
- To triage IT issues and decide if they need escalating.
- To manage the use of a ticketing system to log and manage how issues will be dealt with.
- To use a combination of phone support, remote desktop support and direct deskside support to resolve issues.
- To create and maintain a library of bespoke user training resources from how-to videos to user guides and provide user training sessions.
- To help maintain system configuration documentation, fixed asset lists (including warranty statuses, lifespan, versions, etc.), manage external repair of equipment, etc.

**IT Support Engineer’s Key Skills**
- 2 years’ experience as a hands-on technical IT support engineer
- Experience in Windows PCs and Office 365
- Experience of Azure, WAN and LAN networking
- Experience of cyber security measures
- First hand experience with industry-standard governance and best practices
- Experience with SharePoint document management
- Experience in house building, architecture, supply chain or manufacturing industry
