**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored support and intervention strategies for children exhibiting challenging behaviour, promoting positive change and development.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement individualised behaviour plans and interventions to address specific needs and support academic progress.
- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting social-emotional development and wellbeing.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to stakeholders and adjusting strategies as needed.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Minimum Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths.**:

- Previous experience of supporting children who showcase challenging behaviour is essential.
- Relevant qualifications or training in behaviour management and child development are desirable.
