**Trainee Customer Associate - Newry - Permanent**
- Monday to Friday

**Duties**:

- Manage inbound and outbound communications from and to customers across multiple channels
- Process policy validation and fraud prevention checks
- Maintain current sales pipeline of prospective and existing clients
- Work towards monthly objectives and targets
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training as required by the business
- Stay up to date with current product knowledge as well as competitors’ products
- Provide a baseline level technical support to customers

**Criteria**:

- 5 GCSEs grade C or above
- Computer literate
- Come from a customer service background
- Good communicator and self-motivator
- Strong communication, organisational and presentation skills
- You’re keen to learn and develop your own skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
