We are seeking a dedicated **Head Baker** to join our team and bring their expertise to our culinary creations. You will be instrumental in daily preparations, crafting new breads and pastries for each season, and ensuring top-notch member service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee food preparation, ensuring hygiene standards and quality.
- Innovate and deliver seasonal bread and viennoiserie.
- Manage recipes, costs, and allergen information.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety to the highest standards.
- Support and develop with clear communication.
- Daily tasting and quality assurance of bread and pastries.
- Report to the Executive Pastry Chef and assist the CDP in production.
- Handle sourdough preparations, dough mixing, proving, and baking.
- Use machinery proficiently and maintain accurate food safety records.
- Foster a respectful and teamwork-oriented environment.

**Requirements**:

- Expertise in bread making, including sourdough and French viennoiserie.
- Strong knowledge of different flour types (T45/T55/T65/T80/T130) and protein content.
- Proficient in shaping bread by hand, particularly baguettes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
