**Picker Packer - Immediate start**

We are currently recruiting for Picker Packer roles to join our team in the Warrington area WA5 3TP. Immediate starts are available.

Our client is one of the UK's leading logistics companies. A warehouse with a great atmosphere and you are treated with respect.

**Details**:

- Pay rate day shift: £9.80
- Pay rate night shift: £11.20
- working time -12 hours shifts ( 6 AM-6PM and 6PM-6 AM )
- Overtime paid after 48 hours
- Working days 3 in 4 off then 4 in 3 off

**Location**:

- Warrington, Burtonwod WA5 3TP
- Duration: Ongoing with opportunity for permanent contract after 12 weeks

**Role of a Picker Packer**:

- Working within a busy/fast paced environment which requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy.
- Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg - following a recipe.
- Quality checking and reporting results
- Working to a schedule as part of a team
- Clean-down the station between batches and allergens
- Checking of batches & quantities
- Following company procedures, ensure products are processed and packed safely and to the
- right quantity and quality.
- Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.
- Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
- Workers will be trained on several different tasks within the production area and may be required to move between tasks/activities throughout the day.

**Requirements for the Picker Packer role**:

- Ability to follow instructions and process.
- Computer literate to be trained to use the warehouse IT system.
- Good level of literacy and numeracy
- Capable of lifting and standing for long periods.
- Good English language skills
- Flexibility to work shifts across all 7 days of the week.
