**We are looking for FTTP Junior Supervisors with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.**

Job Title: FTTP Junior Supervisor

Location: Ipswich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

**Rate: £35-40K per annum + Company Package (Vehicle etc )**

**Day to day responsibilities of the role**:

- Leading a high performing reliable team, that will access the underground network to install and build fibre infrastructure that will provide broadband to homes across the UK.
- Performing various tasks such as: Cabling, pulling blown fibre tubing and test rod and roping duct sections
- Carrying out installation works in line with best practice procedure
- Ensuring you are developing and motivating team members to fulfil their potential
- Completing accurate, daily online reports, vehicle reports, risk assessments and build report to given timeframes

**Must have experience required / Certifications Required**:

- **Minimum experience of 2 years in FTTP Supervision**:

- Openreach Certification (PIA / OH / UG)
- Lead and/or supervisory experience
- Experience in cabling infrastructure environment within underground duct networks
- Experience and knowledge of cabling practices with both fibre and copper
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to clearly direct others

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
