Hainsworth is a historic and prestigious têxtile manufacturer producing têxtiles for the Royal Household. Hainsworth has been responsible for weaving the look of Iconic England ever since the company was established in 1783.

Many of the famous images that have been used across the world to celebrate Great Britain are made unforgettable through the use of Hainsworth cloth, including the striking scarlet of the Royal Guards, the ceremonial uniforms worn by the Royal Family, and the military uniforms worn during the Charge of the Light Brigade.

**The Role**

We are seeking a Trainee Printing Operative to join our Printing Team. Our printing team create high impact printed pool cloths for bar and pubs, corporate spaces, sports facilities, and private homes. Our printing process is completely unique to us - the print is transferred to the cloth through dischargeable dye. This is a technique that we would train you in.

You will learn all aspects of the printing process, including, washing off old designs and making new screen. We are looking for someone is hardworking and committed. To be considered for this role you will need to be;
- Able to work on own initiative and to be target focused.
- Proactive with a logical and analytical approach.
- Excellent in written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent in numeracy skills - the role involves working with percentages.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work to tight deadlines.
- Able to use working systems and instructions, SOPs
- Computer literate

This role is Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a 30 minute unpaid break.
