**Creo Designer**

Working in Barrow a Creo Designer is required on a 6-month contract basis to work for a major defence client.

**Hourly Rate**:£28.00 PAYE or £36.95 Umbrella

Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week)

Please note that you’ll be required to undergo SC Clearance.

**Overview**

This role primarily involves creating and modifying 3D models/assemblies and 2D drawings on CREO Parametric and managing these parts within the business product lifecycle management tool (Teamcenter) and ERP system (SAP). The TDP Designer will be expected to generate designs with safety, design for manufacture and maintainability in mind.

**Skills**
- CREO Parametric experience
- Teamcenter experience
- Experience with checking and/or approving engineering models, assemblies and drawings
- CREO Simulate experience
- Continuous improvement mindset to improve best practices and business processes.
- Prior relevant work experience in an engineering discipline (preferably mechanical) with exposure to CAD and PLM systems.
- NC/HNC in a relevant Engineering discipline is desirable.
