**The Role**:
**Commercial Account Handler**
**Starting Salary - £28k**
**Full-time**

The Agency is based across three offices in Northallerton, Stokesley and Leyburn and offers support and funding for CII qualifications. The chances are you’ll have already worked in a similar role and will be no stranger to applying
an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do.

Providing exceptional customer service, you will handle a book of commercial customers and advise them on all aspects of their insurance needs. You will be responsible for servicing your clients and retaining business by carrying out a full range of duties from New Business to renewals and MTA’s. This will be done in a timely and compliant manner. You will be skilled at building relationships and will always have the customers interests at the forefront of your mind in order to provide a personal service, whilst ensuring the correct cover for their needs. You will also offer support to the Agents in their large commercial cases and associated administration of them. This role will be challenging and varied.

- Previous Experience in account management and commercial insurance
- Professional, Hardworking with an attention to detail and a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and able to adapt to company systems
- A minimum of 5 GCSE passes (grade 4 or C above or equivalent) which must include Maths and English.
- A minimum of two A level passes or relevant insurance industry experience with CII professional qualifications
