Arcade Attendant

Lyons Holiday Parks are looking for arcade attendants to come assist our customers in our brand new arcade based in Lyons Sunnysands, Barmouth.

The position will be a minimum of 30 hours per week, working day and evening shifts.

Flexibility is key for this role as the arcade will be open from 9am until midnight in peak season. Reliable transport is essential for this role to the hours on offer. You will be required to work from a rota that will consist of different shift patterns throughout the week. You must be available for evening shifts, bank holidays and weekends, as these are our busiest times.

Excellent customer service skills are required for this position as our customers are our priority.

Main tasks will be;
- Serving customers, in our prize shop, exchanging prizes for the tickets they have accumulated.
- Ensuring the prized shop is fully stocked of all items.
- Reporting any items that are running low to enable us to reorder.
- Keeping our arcade safe, clean and tidy at all times.
- Basic machine repairs i.e. unblocking coins, replenishing tickets, and keyrings
- Ensure our holiday home owners and holiday makers have the best time.

Experience preferred in a customer facing role however full training will be provided in all aspects of the job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week

**Salary**: £7.29-£10.42 per hour
