**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Assist with the design, development and creation of high-quality, professional training packages using a variety of modes and methodologies to create e-learning, video, audio and blended packages to be made available on the Trust's Learning Management System,the ENH Academy
- Integrate face-to-face training and other delivery methods by setting up events and classroom sessions on the ENH Academy
- Assist in product testing and the co-ordination of end user testing, to ensure courses and content functions correctly on the varied devices that staff use
- Checking compliance and updating Statutory Mandatory training records as necessary

**You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You'll have the following skills/experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Organised and proactive approach to their work.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience of working in an administrative position
