Finance PMO Leader - Growing, PE Backed Business

As part of their continued expansion, a new position of Finance PMO Leader is being recruited.

The Finance PMO Leader role will support the transformation of the Finance function and impact on the broader business as systems and processes are upgraded. This position will be expected to play both a co-ordinating role, in overseeing the different project workstreams, allocating resources, ensuring they are being executed to timeline and budget, and communicating to management and the Board, while also being hands-on and executing when required, thus strong knowledge of finance and experience with modern finance system solutions will be important. There will be a high degree of collaboration required across the business and finance team, and the role is expected to have two direct reports supporting project execution.

As a business that has grown quickly in a short period of time, this role plays a critical part in upgrading the finance infrastructure to support its continued organic and inorganic growth. It is expected the Finance PMO Leader will play a key role in several finance system implementations, evolution of a shared service model and simplification of organisation legal structure, among many process improvement projects as the business transitions from Sage 200 and Excel solutions.
