- **Duties & Responsibilities **:_

**Technical Writing**
- Responsible for writing Information Manuals for branded electrical new product introductions as well as care and use information for non electrical products
- Responsible for sourcing manufacturer Information Manuals, reviewing content and adapting to local market needs
- Responsible for ensuring regulatory information utilised within information manuals is consistent with market and product category legal requirements
- Responsible for ensuring technical writing requirements as part of an overall project plan for a new product introduction is actioned correctly and on time
- Working with Graphic Design and Photographer media team members ensuring Information Manual artworks are to required guidelines, approved and supplied to manufacturers
- Responsible for working with retail customer ensuring information manuals meet specific guidelines requirements

**General Duties**
- Keep schedule/work progress updated to allow for visibility on job progress
- Work within Trello (Design studio project management system) with all job activity/communication
- Use correct file and folder naming procedure to ensure jobs can be identified and found
- Ensure brand guidelines are understood and followed at all times

**Dependencies**
- Work as part of the In-House Design studio alongside other media teams including Copy Writing, Graphic Design, Videography
- Work alongside the Studio Management team to ensure design work is managed to agreed SLAs and targets
- Work with the Creative Director to ensure high quality outputs that are in line with brand guidelines and standards
- Work with the Graphic Designers to deliver the best possible outputs to the designers requirements allowing projects to be completed on time and to a high standard.
- Work with external design agencies where required
- Manage and engage with internal “clients” in the delivery of creative design solutions. Core client base includes Buying (product), Brand Directors (product and sales) and Marketing (B2C and B2B marcomms)
