Are you a Credit Controller looking for the next step in your career?
Venture Recruitment Partners is pleased to be working with a division of a global brand, in their search for a Credit Control Supervisor.Reporting to the Credit Control Manager you will be required to ensure that Credit Control responsibilities are completedtimely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities:

- Take a hands on approach to team management.
- Twice Monthly 121 meetings with the Credit Controllers.
- Motivate the team to perform at their best.
- Review that accounts are suitable for the next course of action in either repossession or Litigation.
- Work closely with external agencies for debt collection, repossession & litigation and be the sole point of contact.
- Produce Weekly Aged Debt reports.
- Reporting as required on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Complete the end of month close down.
- Ensure team is resourced at all times.
- Logging complaints and security breaches.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
