Are you looking for a part-time role and can commit to working 11 am - 5 pm or 11.30 am - 5.30 pm?

Do you have outstanding customer service skills and are confident in using IT systems?

**You will be responsible for**
- Achieving 100% data accuracy when processing orders and invoices
- Communicating with clients for information or answering queries
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Customer Service Advisors will be responsible for

**What you need to be successful in this role:

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong IT skills.
- Close attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
