**Embedded Software Engineer**

Location: Munich

Duration: 12 Months

Start Date: ASAP

A client based in Munich is looking for an Embedded Software Engineer. This is for an initial 12-month contract.

System Integration hardware/Software of Radar ICs (analog and digital SoC mounted on validation PCBs)

System (Software/Hardware) Release Test and Release Package generation
- Development, implementation, and automation of system integration tests for Radar IC (Ethernet, GPIB, etc)
- Setup RF measurement instrumentation and DUT (Spectrum analyser, Oscilloscope, Freq multiplier, VNA)
- Measurement and characterization of RF device under test (DUT)
- Programming (adapting and tailoring) of firmware (ARM, DSP, FPGA) for validation purpose
- Debugging of firmware using Lauterbach/Trace32
- Running and evaluating Trace32 data to monitor system reaction on interrupt events
- Developing, running of test scripts and for measurement automation
