**Job Purpose**
- Manage proactive projects on trend presentations, functional ingredients, health & wellness, recipe development, support Annual Plan and campaigns.
- Increase recipe portfolio in alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Conduct in-house training to develop beverage skills and knowledge in Creative Solutions team and support/grow the beverage sector of the business**.**:

- Support marketing with social media campaigns through product selection and recipe formulation and LH Branding.
- Streamline and Improve recipe development and processes.

**Essential criteria for this position are**:

- Proven industrial/ manufacturing beverage experience (ideally in soft drink & alcoholic beverage sectors)
- Extensive lab scale experience
- Recipe development experience in wide range of beverage types (alcoholic and Non-alcoholic, using a variety of ingredients (functional, juices, etc).
- Project management skills and experience
- Beverage regulations experience/knowledge.
