Architectural Technician

I am currently recruiting for a well-established Multi-disciplinary Consultancy who are looking for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to be based in their office just outside Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join a company that have various reputable clients within different sectors.

My client currently works on a range of projects including, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, Residential, Commercial, Rail, Industrial and other areas. They are well established and have built excellent relationships with a variety of clientele, allowingthem to have a vast range in projects & sectors. This role would suit an individual with both an excellent work ethic and at least 1 years' experience within a relevant role. The most suitable Architectural Technician / Technologist will have experience inRevit and AutoCAD as well as have a sound understanding of all RIBA stages. Our client is seeking someone with an excellent technical background as well as a thorough understanding of the construction process.

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Overview**
- Technical detailing
- Work on a variety of exciting projects in a variety of sectors
- Produce high-quality drawings on Revit and AutoCAD
- Involved in a variety of projects within the Residential sector
- Producing drawings and presenting these directly to clients
- Attending client visits
- Using initiative on projects and when developing the business needs
- Working in a team and also independently when required
- Drafting planning drawings, planning documents and producing all supporting documents

**Architectural Technician / TechnologistPosition Requirements**
- Proficient in Revit & ideally AutoCAD
- Good understating of UK Building Regulations
- 1+ years' relevant experience in the UK
- Live in or around Derby
- Excellent team player
- Previous experience of leading a team preferable
