Restaurant Supervisor

CaterCater are looking for a friendly, well presented Restaurant Supervisor to join their team at Airtanker, RAF Brize Norton in Carterton.

Based at the Airtanker, Staff Restaurant you will be responsible for...
- Serving our customers with a smile
- Assisting the Chef Manager by supervising our small team on site
- Food prep
- A small amount of simple cooking
- Holiday relief when main chef is off
- Helping to keep shelves and fridges well stocked
- Liaising with our customers to gain feedback
- Dealing with any complaints that may arise
- Assisting the Chef Manager with HACCP & COSHH
- Using the till
- Keeping the café area and back of house clean and tidy

This is a small team providing great food and hospitality to staff on site.

Full training will be provided but experience in a similar role is a must.

**Salary**: £12.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
