**The Role: - Category Executive**

The purpose of this role is to support the development of category plans that deliver value to the business through strategies, data, and analytics.

Day to day, you could be:

- Researching the market and understanding where to position the brand and recognise what improvements need to be made.
- Identifying and delivering future sustainable and profitable growth through customer performance improvements.
- Working closely with colleagues in the development of future profitable plans and strategies.
- Turning strategies into key initiatives that will increase net sales and profitability.
- Analyse and create reports from projects to share with colleagues.

**The Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role or a relevant degree and the willingness to learn and progress in your career.
- Analytical and data driven mind with a passion for results and numbers.
- Strong experience with Excel and spreadsheets.

**Location: - Bagshot**

Due to the location of this office, this role is commutable from Bracknell, Slough, Reading, Wokingham, Farnborough, Woking, Guildford, Basingstoke, Maidenhead, Windsor, Fleet, Weybridge, and High Wycombe.
